Wild Flour & Petals started the way most good things do — slowly, and with dirt under our fingernails. During my first season as a stay-at-home mom of three, I found myself falling in love with sourdough, growing a garden, and searching for cleaner, more natural ways to support our family's wellness.
Before this season of life, I spent years working as a registered nurse, including time in critical care, before transitioning into nursing education. Caring for patients — and later helping shape future nurses — taught me to look at wellness through a wider lens: prevention, thoughtful ingredients, and supporting the body with both science and nature working together.
That curiosity eventually led me to become a certified aromatherapist. What started as handmade gifts for family at Christmas quickly became something bigger. We filed for our LLC and set out to share these plant-powered creations with our community.
Everything we make is small-batch, rooted in intention, and inspired by whatever is blooming — in the garden and in life.
